Customer Service Retention & Sales Representative

Deliver high-quality customer service via phone in a professional manner. Retain customers by identifying needs and presenting relevant products and services. Use consultative selling techniques to uncover upselling opportunities and maintain accurate documentation.

4+ years of experience in customer service or sales. Advanced English proficiency is mandatory. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. High school diploma or equivalent.

Full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Saturday starting at 6:00 AM. Located in Mexico City.
