What You'll Do
Receive supply program requests from internal and external clients. Plan supplies according to offers and notify clients. Follow up on confirmed programs, modify orders, and address client change requests. Manage pumping team programs and generate service indicators for client feedback.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Logistics, or Administration. Over 3 years of experience in service management and customer care. Over 3 years in the ready-mix concrete industry.
