Manage benefits administration processes, including medical, dental, meal vouchers, transportation, life insurance, and retirement plans. Perform data entries, updates, and quality checks in internal systems and vendor portals. Support reconciliations, operational controls, billing audits, and payroll-related processes.

Experience in benefits administration, HR operations, payroll, or related activities. Knowledge of corporate benefits processes in Brazil and vendor relationships. Proficiency in HCM systems, benefits portals, and HR management tools. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
