Automate reports and optimize data analysis processes in Human Management. Supervise and ensure the quality of information from various Human Management systems. Create dashboards and executive reports for Human Management leaders and the business. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in People Analytics and/or data analysis. Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, and data modeling) and advanced Excel skills. Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
