Define and execute the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap for Arca Continental, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Manage the information security risk management process, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of risks. Lead cybersecurity operations and incident response, ensuring effective containment and recovery. Govern security for identities, access, cloud, applications, and infrastructure, integrating security into IT and business projects.

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; master's degree preferred. 8+ years in information security; 4+ years leading cybersecurity teams. Proficiency in ISO 27001, NIST CSF, risk management, incident response, cloud, OT, and AI. Certification in CISSP, CISM, or CISA is mandatory. Advanced English proficiency and willingness to travel.
