Core Responsibilities

Take ownership of the analytical infrastructure for your product. Be responsible for the product's performance and key metrics. Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring key decisions are based on deep research. Design and scale operational processes, customer journey mapping, and conversion funnels to improve customer experience and business efficiency. Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and enhance model performance across various domains.

Requirements

A mathematical or technical degree from a top-tier university. Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory, and systematic thinking. Advanced SQL skills are a must; Python or R is a significant plus. Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools. English proficiency (B1+) for effective collaboration within our international community.
