Core Responsibilities

The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for attracting and engaging candidates, selecting qualified IT professionals, and managing the full recruitment cycle. This includes conducting interviews in both Spanish and English and managing recruitment KPIs to drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

Candidates must possess over 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory, along with a basic understanding of software terminology.
