Bachelor's degree in Law, Social Sciences, or related fields. 5 years of experience in negotiations, conflict resolution, land management, and acquisition of surface rights for mining. Knowledge of laws and regulations related to real rights and their acquisition methods. Intermediate MS Office skills.
