Execute field activities and community engagement in the areas of influence of real estate projects. Identify and maintain a map of social actors, including community leaders and associations. Manage and follow up on incidents related to potential damage to neighboring properties during project execution.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Communications, Anthropology, or related fields. Minimum of 2 years of experience in community relations or social management, preferably in urban multifamily construction projects. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Power BI.
What We Offer
On-site position with permanent fieldwork. Work schedule from Monday to Saturday (6x1), with 5 days on-site and 1 day in the main office. Availability to occasionally travel to projects in other locations as needed.
