Monitor and manage customer orders issued by Brokers NIM, including billing and reverse logistics processes. Verify replication, analyze dates, blocks, stocks, and other necessary points in received orders. Create loads, generate deliveries, and monitor results through specific SAP transactions.

High School diploma or currently pursuing a higher education degree is mandatory. Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required. Basic knowledge of Supply and Customer Service processes is necessary, with a desirable understanding of SAP.

The position is temporary for 6 months with a commercial shift that may include weekend shifts. It offers the opportunity to work remotely.
