Chief of Staff

Develops recommendations from complex data and business analysis and formulates them into business plans. Drives the construction of highly innovative statistical and financial models to analyze new aspects of business performance. Leads highly complex, time-sensitive market research projects and identifies compelling trends and opportunities for business leaders.

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience. Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field. Preferred certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

The pay range for this role is $130,700 to $205,200 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. HP offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and generous time off policies.
