Lead, engage, and develop the internal team and instructors with empathy and active listening. Structure and modernize curricula, lesson plans, and learning journeys based on andragogy and modern training methodologies. Ensure the technical and psychological certification process of service providers in collaboration with partners and operational committees. Diagnose training gaps by mapping quality indicators to convert pain points into high-performance training.

Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Organizational Psychology, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in leadership positions in Corporate Education, Corporate University, or large-scale T&D management. Advanced/Fluent English is required for conducting agendas and receiving visits from strategic partners and suppliers. Solid technical background in Corporate Education, including mastery of pedagogical architecture and continuous learning design.
