Ensure communication between the project team and operations for necessary pre-work for each implementation. Manage and govern the implementation of new projects, ensuring contingency plans and obstacle resolution. Monitor operational adherence, track project performance, and generate impact reports. Communicate clearly and proactively with teams within Operations, ensuring agreements and plans align with defined schedules.
Requirements
Completed bachelor's degree and ability to communicate in Portuguese. Solid knowledge of Supply operations flows. Experience in process improvement and opportunity mapping. Experience in project management, implementations, and change management as PMO. Technical experience in data analysis, handling AI tools (Gemini, cloud), Greenbelt certification, and proficiency in English and Portuguese is a plus.
