What You'll Do
Lead technical architecture and define the vision for solutions, balancing delivery speed, quality, and sustainable evolution. Conduct code reviews and guide the team on best practices, including AI integration in development. Transform business problems into functional prototypes and MVPs, collaborating with product and design teams to understand user needs.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in software development with proficiency in Python and/or Java and/or Node.js. Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (preferably React) for building navigable interfaces. Practical experience with LLMs and generative AI application development.
