Core Responsibilities

The Incident and Report Analyst is responsible for comprehensively managing operational or technical incidents, including registration, analysis, and follow-up to identify root causes and propose effective solutions. Additionally, they must generate periodic and special reports and key performance indicators to monitor performance, detect trends, and facilitate decision-making with accurate information.

Requirements

Candidates must have a degree in Administration, Actuarial Science, Systems, or Law, with a degree and professional license being desirable. A minimum of 6 months of experience is required in incident analysis and report generation using CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, or Admin tools.
