Develop and evolve backend applications and microservices using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3. Design, implement, and document REST APIs with a focus on security and scalability. Analyze architectural solutions, identify risks, and propose technical improvements. Conduct code reviews and mentor less experienced developers.

Minimum of 5 years of backend development experience, with at least 3 years using Java and Spring Boot. Strong knowledge of Java 17+, Spring Boot 3, microservices, and REST APIs. Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server, and familiarity with automated testing using JUnit 5 and Mockito.
