Manage the short-term personnel demand planning for your area and control key performance indicators to guide the team towards delivering results. Oversee the team's work schedule, managing delays, absences, overtime, and ensuring operational actions are executed excellently. Monitor team deliveries and development, conducting evaluations, providing feedback, and facilitating training.

Knowledge of Office Suite, TPM, WMS/LMS, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement. Strong expertise in people management and operational team leadership, focusing on safety, quality, and productivity. Experience in leading direct and indirect teams, ensuring compliance with people management processes while being close to all levels as a disseminator of principles and culture.
