Ensure end users have the knowledge and skills to execute their tasks in SAP, RTCIS, or PrIME. Provide support to users in using transactions, tools, and processes, ensuring operational continuity and compliance with established standards. Identify, analyze, and resolve system-related issues in collaboration with IT resources.

3 to 5 years of experience in operations, enterprise system support, or similar functions. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experience. Knowledge and experience in SAP, PrIME, or RTCIS systems.
