Analista de Reclutamiento

Conduct mass recruitment to achieve 30 to 40 monthly hires. Manage recruitment sources and perform competency-based interviews. Follow through the entire selection process and maintain coverage indicators.

At least 1 year of experience in high-volume recruitment. Proficiency in intermediate Excel and digital tools. Must reside in Tuxtla Gutiérrez and have the ability to travel to stores and recruitment events.
