Lead and develop quality and inventory teams, ensuring safety, accuracy, productivity, and compliance with service levels. Analyze data and operational results to identify improvement opportunities and loss control. Connect operations and leadership to align initiatives across different shifts. Structure and conduct quality and inventory improvement projects.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in team management and logistics operations. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, data analysis tools, and warehouse management systems. Availability to work on-site in Lauro de Freitas, Bahia, on a 5x2 schedule during the second shift from 3 PM to 11:47 PM.
