Core Responsibilities

This role involves owning employee records and HRIS data integrity, driving HR reporting, and leading the automation and optimization of HR systems and workflows. The specialist will also support total rewards execution, including compensation reviews, maintaining salary structures, and conducting benchmarking analyses.

Requirements

Candidates must have over 4 years of experience in People Operations, HR Analytics, or a similar HR function, demonstrating strong analytical skills with experience in spreadsheets and HR dashboards. Essential requirements include excellent communication skills, advanced English proficiency, and the ability to handle confidential data responsibly while navigating ambiguity.
