IB /OB Area Manager, Worldwide Operations

Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20 to 50 Amazon Associates. Communicate policies to Associates and act as the primary information source for the team. Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention. Partner with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.

1+ years of employee and performance management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

This role is fully onsite and requires flexibility to work and rotate shifts, including weekends, holidays, and/or overnight shifts.
