Analista Operações Inbound

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor operational performance. Conduct detailed analyses to identify improvement opportunities in operational processes. Analyze data from various sources to identify relevant trends and support strategic decision-making.

Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office products. Experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing. Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight. Bachelor's degree or higher education.

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position based in Nova Santa Rita, RS, Brazil. No relocation benefits are offered.
