Scale and automate compensation and benefits data analysis using advanced data models. Structure and audit regional benefits programs to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

4+ years of experience leading compensation and benefits analysis in high-growth tech or fintech environments. Advanced data analysis and data modeling skills with expert spreadsheet proficiency. Working proficiency in English and Spanish.
