Execute end-to-end CRM and growth campaigns, including segmentation, activation, and performance analysis. Develop acquisition and reactivation flows while managing incentive campaigns like cashback and engagement rewards.

Requirements

Requires previous experience in Growth, CRM, or Performance Marketing with intermediate SQL skills and familiarity with CRM tools. A hands-on profile with analytical capacity and interest in fintech or financial products is expected.
