IBM API Connect Technical Lead

Lead the technical administration and operation of the IBM API Connect platform in the public cloud, defining operational standards and configurations. Act as the final escalation point for technical incidents and coordinate resolution with the vendor and cloud provider. Govern the capacity management of the platform, including sizing replicas and resources, and anticipate performance limits.

8+ years of experience in managing middleware or API management platforms in high availability production environments. Proficiency in IBM API Connect v10 and Kubernetes in public cloud environments, primarily AWS EKS and Azure AKS. Experience with AWS services supporting the platform and managing TLS/mTLS certificates.
