This role also manages offer logistics, pre-hire administration like I-9 completion, and ensures data integrity and compliance within the ATS.

Requirements

Candidates need at least one year of experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or fast-paced coordination, including hands-on experience with an ATS and scheduling tools. Essential qualifications include strong communication skills, demonstrated sourcing fundamentals like Boolean searches, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
