PROJECT LEADER LEGAL LABORAL

Manage the portfolio of labor judicial processes, ensuring timely and adequate follow-up of cases assigned to external advisors. Participate in defining defense strategies for cases, proposing alternatives to reduce contingencies and costs. Coordinate and manage the internal team's work and evaluate contingencies, provisions, and settlement proposals in coordination with management and finance.

Licensed lawyer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in labor procedural law. Experience in leading and coordinating work teams and managing external studies. Proficient in the New Labor Procedural Law and current labor legislation. Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills (Excel and Word).
