Senior Messaging Engineer (Exchange & Microsoft 365)

Act as a trusted advisor across Modern Work, Identity, and Security solutions. Lead technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities. Assess Exchange platform health, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness. Troubleshoot complex issues using telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.

5-10 years of experience in Messaging and Collaboration technologies. Strong customer-facing or consulting experience. Excellent communication skills in English. Proven ability to facilitate workshops and deliver technical guidance.
