Core Responsibilities

The associate will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client interactions regarding Agency Securities Finance, proactively monitoring operational service levels and managing incoming/outgoing client queries. Responsibilities also include driving escalations, leveraging data for client analysis, training clients on portals, and owning the change-management agenda for client requests.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 2 years of Client Service experience and a completed Bachelor's degree, with a finance orientation being a plus. Essential skills include strong client focus, excellent English communication, effective client management, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong logical/analytical mindset.
