Conduct detailed planning for each area considering demand and efficient use of operational staff daily and per shift. Optimize the relationship between demand and personnel through capacity analysis, mapping peaks and valleys of volume, and backlog projections. Monitor actual volumes against forecasts and implement strategies to mitigate unexpected volume variations. Maintain and update resource control tools and operational staff mapping trends, promoting team balancing solutions as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields, preferably with an ongoing or completed MBA. Proficiency in advanced tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and Python, along with knowledge in programming and Artificial Intelligence. Understanding of statistical concepts, agile methodologies like Scrum, and solid practical experience in logistics environments and indicator management.
