Analyze and document business and functional requirements. Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and associated functional documentation. Conduct information gathering and needs analysis with stakeholders. Diagram and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes.

+3 years of experience as a Process Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Business Analyst. Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation. Proficiency in Figma for reviewing and understanding flows and prototypes. Experience using Jira for requirement management.

Hybrid work model with office attendance required 2 to 4 days a month based on client demand.
