What You'll Do
Execute detailed design of radio elements in base stations, ensuring compliance with strategic plan criteria. Prepare, review, and correct technical RF documents such as nominal plans and configuration parameters. Generate technical RF information for new network elements and update inventory systems for optimal base station operation.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in mobile network integration/optimization (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G). Advanced knowledge of mobile network technologies and experience with multivendor equipment (Nokia, ZTE, Huawei).
