Manage and track the portfolio of assigned builders and projects to ensure credit placement for real estate development. Capture clients, analyze information, and pre-qualify their credit needs for assigned real estate projects. Provide specialized advice on pre-qualification processes, appraisals, and legal management of all housing and construction credits.

Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields. Experience in specialized sales, customer service, and real estate projects. Basic knowledge in negotiation, intermediate Excel skills, and ability to interpret financial statements.
