Cloud Network Engineer - Palo Alto firewalls

Provide technical assistance to the NICE Cloud Networking Team, coordinating and participating in the design, deployment, operation, and maintenance of NICE’s customer cloud hosted network and security infrastructure. Resolve customer issues that require direct access to the network and security infrastructure. Establish, configure, and troubleshoot VPN tunnel related works, and design and test network and security infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS Cloud and managing AWS network stacks. Minimum 3 years of experience with Palo Alto is mandatory. AWS and Palo Alto Certification is mandatory. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical discipline or equivalent experience.

This is a Hybrid model position in Bogotá Sutherland's Facilities at Torre Krystal.
