Merchant Banking Support Associate

Answer inbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and solutions to consumers. Respond to inquiries about technical issues, processing payments, and account maintenance. Assist with billing and fees, authorization/deposit and funding of transactions, and account maintenance.

Must be 18 years or older with a minimum of 3-4 CXC/GCE subjects including English Language or a U.S. high school diploma or GED. Must have a valid government-issued ID, TRN, and NIS card. Experience in customer service is preferred.
