KYC Operations Associate Analyst - Exclusive for PwD

Conduct initial and ongoing Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews. Collect, analyse, and verify customer information according to KYC/AML guidelines. Review customer transaction history and provide insights into customer behaviour patterns that may indicate risks. Ensure customer records are accurate and updated as required.

Experience in KYC/AML processes is preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with customers through various channels. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and internal data security protocols.
