Monitor performance and productivity, implementing improvements as necessary, while facilitating effective communication within the squad and with stakeholders.

Proven experience in a leadership role within an Agile or Scrum environment. Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate team members and work with diverse client stakeholders. Agile or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
