Manage the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various remote roles. Partner with department directors to align recruiting strategies and optimize the ATS for better efficiency and data hygiene.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruiting or headhunting is required, specifically with hands-on experience using ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter. Candidates must be able to work USA Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours and operate independently in a remote environment.
