Design and maintain workflows to support new customer acquisition, focusing on reducing manual tasks and increasing operational efficiency. Conduct in-depth analyses to understand the impact of each channel and ensure marketing budget efficiency. Provide the Growth team and managers with reliable dashboards and indicators for quick decision-making regarding account and credit flows.

Solid knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation, and proficiency in programming languages, preferably Python. Understanding of ETL processes and data structuring for accurate analysis. Ability to navigate between technical execution and business indicator interpretation fluidly.
