Cost Control Profesional / Data Center Projects

Develop and maintain detailed project budgets, considering labor, materials, equipment, and services. Conduct cost analysis and financial projections to ensure budget compliance. Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. Prepare and present cost reports and progress updates to stakeholders and project teams.

At least 3 years of experience in Cost Control or Cost Engineering, ideally in large-scale Data Center or infrastructure projects. Professional degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related fields. Strong knowledge in cost estimation, financial forecasting, and cost accounting principles. Advanced English proficiency.
