Facility Management Associate - Sede Central

Ensure and supervise strict compliance with SLAs and KPIs agreed with specialized service providers. Lead the management of high-severity operational incidents, coordinating with external specialists and demanding root cause analysis reports. Supervise the continuous operation and maintenance plans of vital systems at the headquarters.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) or Architecture. Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or real estate. Strong technical skills in reading plans and managing supplier supervision.
