What You'll Do
Supervise daily logistics operations to ensure operational stability. Monitor key performance indicators such as delivery times and availability of couriers. Analyze order demand by city and time slot, and define strategies to balance courier supply with order volume.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. Professional background in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields is preferred. Proficiency in GSuite tools, SQL, and strong analytical skills are advantageous.
