The Armed Dispatcher is responsible for ensuring quality customer service and accountability by handling customer calls, communicating with all routes, and accurately keying information into the computer system daily. Duties also include controlling access to the branch, coordinating special services, maintaining logs, and assisting with ATM balancing issues.
Requirements
Candidates must possess the ability to work well both individually and as a team player with a positive attitude, maintaining professional communication skills and good work ethics. Essential requirements include computer experience with proficiency in MS Office, strong data entry skills, and the physical ability to sit for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain unrestricted dexterity.
