Manage the administration and continuous improvement of Workday Learning, ensuring proper management of content, programs, and training processes. Coordinate the creation, implementation, and monitoring of corporate learning programs. Develop and update training materials using instructional design principles. Manage data, reports, KPIs, and training indicators to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.

6-10 years of project management experience, preferably in a mortgage or financial services environment. PMP certification strongly preferred, Six Sigma a plus. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Solid experience in managing Workday Learning and corporate training platforms.
