Ops Sup Analyst 1

Perform non-employee onboarding activities in a high volume environment. Develop relationships with users across the business and act as the first point of contact for onboarding queries. Ensure compliance of onboarding documents with internal policies and manage incoming requests via ServiceNow.

Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or business office environment. Technical/associate degree in Business Administration. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with Spanish as a plus.
