Lead the store's operations ensuring compliance with administrative and operational processes. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the Operation Manager to design and implement stock processes. Monitor fulfillment processes and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing teams. At least 3 years of experience in retail, fast food, or supermarket sectors. Experience in loss prevention, stock control, and inventory management is essential.
