AI Governance Risk Project and Program Management - EY GDS

Lead complex, large-scale, cross-functional programs from initiation through execution, transition, and closure. Establish and strengthen PMO frameworks, delivery standards, executive reporting, decision forums, and delivery assurance mechanisms. Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, clients, business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and strategic partners.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science/Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Typically 18+ years of progressive experience in project and program management, PMO leadership, enterprise transformation, managed services, delivery or global operations. Proven experience leading complex programs with multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders.
