Product Owner Squad de Conciliação, Pleno - Campinas/SP

Manage the backlog by prioritizing the development roadmap for the squad, focusing on automating reconciliations and improving monthly closing performance. Translate financial transaction flows into reconciliation rules to ensure accurate reflection of accounting events in the system. Identify bottlenecks in business teams and transform manual tasks into automated, scalable processes.

Experience in product ownership or similar roles, preferably in financial services. Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
