What You'll Do
Monitor KPIs, productivity, attendance, and resolution of medical assessments. Provide support and supervision to the medical assessors team. Ensure compliance with KPIs and follow up on improvement strategies in gray areas.
What We're Looking For
Medical degree with title and license is mandatory. Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team. Intermediate English proficiency and knowledge of AI for process optimization.
